On the main page of the site, in the "give" column, select the payment method that will be convenient for you to pay for your application, in the "receive" column, select the electronic currency that you want to receive and click on it. After completing the application, you will receive the details to which you need to make the transfer.

Immediately after making the payment, you need to notify us about the payment by specifying the ID of the transaction you made and clicking the "Confirm request" button that you will see after the application is made.

After you have made the payment and clicked the "Confirm request" button, the system will check your transfer and send an email to your Email about receiving payment from you. After that, within usually 2-48 hours, the title characters are transferred to your account.
After the exchange is completed, a letter about the execution of the application with payment details will be sent to your Email.

Our service processes all incoming/outgoing transactions from 60 minutes to 48 hours, depending on the network load.

The speed of sending / crediting funds may depend on the payment systems (banks) that will participate in the exchange, the maximum terms of which reach up to 3-4 banking days.

If you correctly specified your email address when making an application, the system sent you a link in the letter, you can follow it and finish the process of exchanging funds.

There are several reasons why this could happen:

Possible causes:
- Problems on the side of the payment system, or the bank. As soon as the problems are resolved, the funds will be transferred to your account as soon as possible.
— Your wallet in the payment system or bank account is blocked or has restrictions. In this case, the funds sent by you will be returned to the same details from where the transfer came from, minus the commission of the payment system or the bank. within 1-7 working days
— You specified incorrect payment details. If the account you specified exists and the funds have been sent by us, you should contact the account holder and try to resolve the issue with him. If the account you specified does not exist, and the transfer is "frozen" in our system, after your identification, we will send the transfer using the correct details.

Attention! Three parties participate in the exchange — Payment system / our service / banking service

Applications are often suspended due to technical errors on the side of EPS or Banks

In this case, as soon as the problems are resolved, the application will be processed (real time - up to 24 hours)

The application is rejected automatically if the robot has not recorded an incoming payment from you for your application within 24 hours.
The main reasons: 
— You did not make the payment or did not notify us of the payment within 24 hours from the moment of submitting the application;
— You transferred an amount different from the one specified in the application (strictly with kopecks), as a result of which the robot did not record your payment as yours
— You provided incorrect information about yourself in the application;
— If you pay with VISA / MASTERCARD cards, check whether the required amount is available on your card to pay for the application; whether your card is open for Internet transactions using a CVV code; check with your bank whether there are limits on the card for Internet transactions.

It is not allowed to exchange (input, output, auto-exchange) in favor of third parties. The client of the exchange office must make an input or output only from/to his bank details, in his name, to his accounts in other payment systems, etc. In other words, only 2 (but not 3!) persons should participate in the exchange operation — the exchange office itself and its client. The sender wallet and the recipient wallet in the WM<->WM auto-exchange operations must belong to the same WMID.
Withdrawal in favor of outsiders (including relatives) is not allowed. Entering (receiving WM) in exchange for funds deposited to the exchange office by third parties (including relatives) is not allowed.
